Your tax figures stay with you. The spreadsheet runs on your own machine. We never see, receive or store the income, expenses or any other number you type into it. We never ask for a Social Security number, an EIN, or bank account details, and there is no place in this product to enter one.

What we collect

Your email address, so we can deliver your files and send you the download link again if you need it.
Your order details — what you bought, when, and the amount — held by Stripe, our payment processor.
Advertising and measurement data — the Meta pixel runs on every page of this site. See the section below for exactly what it reports and what it stores in your browser.

What we never collect

Card numbers. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout; we receive a confirmation, never the card.
Any figure from your spreadsheet or your business records.
Government identification numbers of any kind.

Advertising and measurement

The Meta pixel loads on every page of this site, whether or not you arrived from an ad. It reports events to Meta — a page view, a checkout started, a completed purchase — along with the amount of the purchase, so we can measure whether our advertising worked.

Your email address goes to Meta on the confirmation page. After a purchase, the address you entered at checkout is passed to the pixel so Meta can match the sale to the person who saw the ad. This is what Meta calls advanced matching. Meta's script hashes the address in your browser before sending it, so it travels scrambled rather than in the clear — but it is still an identifier tied to you, not an anonymous event. We never send Meta the contents of your files or any figure from your spreadsheet.

The pixel writes its own cookies on this site: _fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from an ad. They mark your browser so a visit and a later purchase can be connected. A separate technical cookie may mark a browser as ours, so our own testing stays out of the advertising data.

Purchases shown on the site

When there have been recent orders, this site can show a small card with a buyer's first name and state — for example, "Jordan from Texas" — with how long ago the order was placed. It is drawn only from real, completed orders held by Stripe; nothing on that card is invented. No last name, no email address and no amount is ever published. If you would rather not appear there, write to us and we will take your order out.

Who we share with

Only the services needed to run and measure the product: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and Meta for the advertising measurement described above. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Your email address until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

Write to support@productohub.com to get a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Removing your email does not affect your license to the files you bought.

We do not run a mailing list and we do not send marketing email. The only email we send is the one that delivers your files, plus any reply to a message you send us — so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
