One email to support@productohub.com with the address you used at checkout. That is the whole process — there is no form, and we will not ask you to justify it.
We process the refund within two business days of your email. Your bank then takes its own time to show it, usually five to ten business days depending on the card.
Everything on the order: the kit, and any add-on you selected at checkout. If you would rather keep the kit and return only an add-on, say so in your email and we will do that instead.
The same thirty days apply, counted from the day you added it.
This is a $17 download. We would rather have a clean list of people who found it useful than an argument with someone who did not.
