The one that matters most. Quarter Ready is an organizational tool, not legal or tax advice. Nothing we sell is a tax return, a filing, a payment, or an opinion on what you owe. Consult a CPA or a licensed tax professional about your situation, and verify current-year figures at irs.gov.

Who you are buying from

What you are buying

A digital product delivered immediately after payment: a PDF and one or more spreadsheet files, plus any optional add-ons you select at checkout. There is no physical item and no shipping.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for yourself and for your own business. You may print them and keep copies for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sub-license or share the files, in whole or in part, and you may not remove or alter the disclaimers they contain.

Lifetime updates

If you added lifetime updates at checkout, future editions of the kit are delivered at the same download link for as long as we publish them. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

No professional relationship

Buying or using these materials creates no accountant-client, attorney-client or advisory relationship of any kind. We do not review your figures, prepare filings, or advise on your circumstances. Any support we provide is limited to the files themselves — how to open them, how a sheet works, how to re-download.

Accuracy and limitation of liability

We build these materials carefully and we describe published rules as published. Tax rules change and they apply differently to every business. The materials are provided as they are, with no warranty that they fit your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any filing, payment, interest, charge or outcome that follows from using these materials.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute about them or about the product is subject to the courts of Wyoming, USA.
